Some contractors get nervous when their customer asks for polished concrete. It’s understandable.They want you to give them a beautiful polished concrete floor but how can you do that when you have a whole building to construct over top of that concrete slab? We can walk you through that process.
PROJECT OF THE MONTH: CONNERTON PINECREST ACADEMY
This Pinecrest Academy was recently finished and looks beautiful. This is a 2-story, tilt-up building where 95% of the floors are polished concrete.
The floors were polished to a grade 2 salt and pepper grind and a class 2 medium-high shine. The floors were completed on schedule and the owners are happy.
