HOW IT WORKS

Here is how this all started. We have some concrete that used to grow algae and get stained from oil, grease, and leaves. We tried other sealers but they all had problems like being slippery, wearing off or allowing stains to penetrate.

Then we discovered something new. We applied this biodegradable clear liquid that soaked into the concrete and disappeared. Afterward, we could clearly see that water was beading on the surface and not soaking into the concrete. Interestingly, as time went by, we noticed that contaminants inside the concrete were coming out on there own. Amazingly, where grease and oil would stain the concrete, once it would rain, the stain would pretty much disappear. Nine months later the concrete was actually cleaner than the day we pressure washed and applied the sealer. In 28 years we have never seen anything like it!

This sealer not only waterproofs, it actively cleans itself every time it rains. It’s a patented dual-crystalline liquid (made from grapes) that is proven to penetrate the surface creating a permanent protective barrier inside of new and old concrete, pavers, masonry, stone, and other substrates, effectively filling and sealing pores and capillary voids as well as most cracks up to 1/16”.
